About role
Harvest apples, plums, and pears from orchards using hand-held tools or ladders. Sort fruit by quality, handle carefully to avoid bruising, transport to central collection point. Adhere to quality and hygiene standards. Daily quota per picker.
Who's a fit?
Physical fitness for outdoor work in heat and variable weather. Comfortable on ladders up to 3m. Ability to work fast and accurately. Teamwork attitude. No specific experience required.
