About role
Conducts manual mushroom harvesting in compliance with quality standards and daily quotas, sorts, cleans, and classifies harvested mushrooms according to internal quality criteria, prepares for further processing or packaging, handles and transports mushrooms with minimal damage, maintains cleanliness in harvesting and processing areas according to hygiene requirements, collaborates with the production team while performing basic tasks as needed, adheres to safety regulations and uses protective equipment, reports any issues in the harvesting environment, and keeps records of daily yields while informing supervisors of any discrepancies or quality issues.
Who's a fit?
Candidates must be female citizens of Nepal aged 29 or older with experience in agriculture, preferably from rural areas. Furthermore, they should possess basic English language skills and be in good physical condition.
