Prepare main courses, grilled dishes, and daily specials according to chef's recipes. Manage mise en place, monitor food cost, handle stock rotation, and maintain HACCP standards in kitchen. Work coordinated line with chef, sous-chef and kitchen porter.
Minimum 2 years experience as cook in restaurants. Solid knowledge of Serbian and international cuisine. HACCP certification required. Ability to work under pressure during peak service. Physical stamina for 10-hour shifts.

Path: Line Cook → Sous Chef → Head Chef (3-5 years). Employer sponsors culinary workshops and occasional travel to food expos.
